Did you know you can crop your tracks in GaiaGPS?
If you’ve ever forgotten to stop recording after finishing your trip (who hasn’t!?), there is a solution right within the GaiaGPS app
Steps:
1. Save the track. You cannot crop the track while you are finalizing it (the step right after you finish recording), as this option will not be available.
2. Click on the saved track on the map and press the information icon (the little circle with an ‘i’ in it) to get to the details page.
3. On iOS, press the pencil icon and choose Crop Track. On Android, simply press the Edit button.
4. Drag the handles to adjust the start and end points and press the Scissor button on iOS or the Save button on Android.
