Mental wellness is one of the prime benefits I derive from the mountains. The coronavirus pandemic has affected us all in some way, and I think the most universal impact has been a deleterious effect on people’s sense of well-being and mental health. Over the past couple months I struggled with anxiety and a desire to disconnect from reality. In this episode, I share a few simple tools and techniques I employed to help me stifle the anxiety, regain my focus, and resume productivity.
